30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
As all of our window shades/blinds are custom-made to your specific measurements, they are not eligible for return. However, if there is any issue caused by our error—such as incorrect size or a quality problem—please contact us at any time. We will remake the product or provide an appropriate solution until you are satisfied.
Remake
If the measurements provided are incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We can provide free fabric samples or remake the product.
Please note that a remake fee will be charged to cover production and shipping costs.
Remake Policy & Limitations:
Size Variance: The width and height adjustments for a remake cannot exceed 2 inches.
Exclusions: Remakes do not include motors, remote controls, or other optional accessories.
Frequency: Each product is eligible for a remake only once.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, before production or shipping begins.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within this timeframe. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.
Once the product has been produced or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Order Modification
For all custom products, you may request one modification within 48 hours of placing the order.
Requests beyond this period cannot be accepted.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Return requests are subject to eligibility requirements.

- Items do not need to be in original packaging to be eligible for a refund
Return Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect size or defective product), a full refund will be issued
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong item ordered, incorrect measurements), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Shipping
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
