30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your Kurlax blinds and shades. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Because our products are custom-made to your exact measurements and specifications, they are generally not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, incorrect measurements, color or fabric selection, or other customer-provided information.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications confirmed in your order, please contact us and provide photos or other information that may help us evaluate the issue.

If the issue is caused by an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a free remake, repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Customer Measurement or Selection Errors

If an issue is caused by incorrect measurements, color or fabric selection, or other customer-provided information, please contact us. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, may offer a remake at a fee covering production and shipping costs.

Customer-requested remakes are generally limited to one remake per product.

Returns

Because our blinds and shades are custom-made and generally cannot be resold, returns are not accepted unless approved by Kurlax.

If a return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and advise you of any return shipping costs before the return is made.

Products that have been modified, damaged, or excessively used after delivery may not be eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
