At Kurlax.com, we’re committed to delivering your custom motorized shades and blinds as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

  • Custom Orders: Typically take 3–5 business days to process before shipping.
  • Non-Custom Items (e.g., accessories): Usually ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily check your delivery status on our Order Tracking page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All shades and blinds are shipped via DHL, SF Express, or other reliable carriers depending on your location.
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

In most cases, customers receive their orders within 8–15 business days from the purchase date.
If you select expedited shipping, your delivery time may be reduced by 1–2 days.

Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at service@kurlax.com before placing your order.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

If your order incurs customs duties or import taxes, please contact us — we will reimburse the applicable amount upon proof of charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on our Order Tracking page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items

If your shades arrive damaged, please email service@kurlax.com immediately with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Our support team will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with an investigation.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout.
Kurlax is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Need to change your address after placing an order?
Please contact us within 24 hours at service@kurlax.com.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
