Kurlax is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a comprehensive warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What is Covered
- Motorized components: We guarantee that the motors and their associated mechanisms will function properly under normal use.
- Fabric and materials: We warrant that the fabric and other materials used in our shades will be free from defects in quality and workmanship.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including fading due to sunlight exposure.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or alterations.
- Damage resulting from acts of nature, such as floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.
- The cost of removing or reinstalling the shades.
Transport Damage Compensation:
- Upon receipt of the item, if you find that the packaging is damaged, please retain photos or videos of the outer packaging.
- Inspect the product for any damage and keep photographic records.
- Once you have confirmed that the product is damaged, please provide the photos or videos and contact us via service@kurlax.com.
Please note that we only accept claims for transport damage within 48 hours from the date the package is received. Furthermore, we do not accept transport damage claims if the product is undamaged.
How to Make a Claim
- Identify the Issue:If you believe your Kurlax Shades, motor, or remote control are defective, first consult the user manual for troubleshooting tips.
- Gather Documentation:Keep your proof of purchase and any relevant documentation that details the issue.
- Contact Customer Service:Reach out to our customer service team within the warranty period. You can contact us via phone, email, or through our website.
- Provide Details:Clearly describe the issue and provide order number.
- Assessment:Our team will assess the claim and may request photos or additional information to diagnose the problem.
- Resolution:Depending on the assessment, we will offer a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Kurlax's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. In no event will Kurlax be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
