How do I measure my windows?

Do you come out to measure or install at my home?
We don't offer in-person measurement or installation services, but we've got you covered with detailed measurement guides and comprehensive installation instructions, including video tutorials, to ensure a smooth installation process.
How to check my order status?
After placing the order we send you an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped we’ll send you the tracking information.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. It's allowed to contact us to change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.
Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

What customization options are available for the Motorized Shades?
You can choose from a variety of fabrics, colors, and patterns. Additionally, you can customize the control system, including integration with smart home devices.
Why do the blinds only move a few centimeters when I press the remote?
You need to first pre-set the upper and lower stopping positions. After the setting, with only one click, it can go to 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% positions automatically.
What is the motor voltage?
The motor can work in a range of 110V and 240V.
What’s the difference between 2-channel remote and 6-channel remote?
The 2-channel remote control can only control 2 blinds, and the 6-channel remote control can control 6 blinds.
You can purchase the remote control according to the number of customized electric blinds;
How to warranty?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty on motors, remotes and a long-term complimentary technical support.
What should I do if something is missing or broken?
Don't worry, please contact us and we will help you solve the problem or send you a new replacement.

Can I install custom Motorized Shades myself?
Yes, if you're comfortable with DIY projects. We provide comprehensive installation instructions and are available for support if you have any questions.
How do I operate the custom Motorized Shades once installed?
You can operate them using a remote control, a wall switch, or through a smart home system if you choose the smart control option.
