These shades use cellular fabric to provide excellent insulation, keeping your room cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

A: No, our motorized shades do not require battery replacement. We offer both AC motors and rechargeable motors, so there’s no need to replace batteries. When the rechargeable motor is running low on power, a low battery indicator will alert you. Simply use the included charger to recharge the motor. A full charge typically lasts between 4 to 6 months, depending on usage.

For a secure and lasting installation, we suggest drilling and using proper mounting hardware.

A: Our motorized shades come with two motor options: AC motors and built-in battery motors.

Service Questions

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your motorized shades, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that custom-made shades are non-returnable unless defective.

A: Currently, we do not offer in-home measurement and installation services. However, we provide detailed measurement and installation guides to assist you.
