I am happy with the final product, but even with express shipping I was disappointed in the processing and shipping time. Communication was poor in general, not receiving any updates on the processing. Finally, I had to lookup assembly instructions on chatGPT to figure out how to actually install it, so that is a big point of frustration. The final product is mostly blackout, aside from small points of light in each corner. Not a lot, but gaps show when looking for 100% blackout.

You're absolutely right about the installation instructions. Some of our earlier orders did not include a printed instruction manual. Instead, we only provided a PDF installation guide in the shipping confirmation email, as we were trying to reduce paper waste and be more environmentally friendly. However, after hearing from customers who preferred having printed instructions, we've updated our packaging. All newer orders now include a printed instruction manual for a smoother installation experience.
Regarding the small light gaps in the corners, we completely understand your expectations. Due to the design of the shade, achieving 100% blackout is unfortunately not possible. That said, we're continually working to improve the product and reduce light leakage wherever we can.
We also sincerely apologize for the delay in processing and shipping your order. We experienced a significant surge in demand, which unfortunately resulted in longer production and shipping times than usual. We know this was frustrating, especially with express shipping, and we're actively expanding our production capacity and improving communication so customers receive more timely updates throughout the process.
